Created with a combination of digital and traditional techniques, my audiovisual and video game work is a reflection on modernity using the language of remix and juxtaposition. My training in philosophy frames and structures my work, and its sonic and rhythmic elements stem from my experience as a musician. I am particularly interested in the intersection and overlap of the human with the nonhuman, the impersonal. My research interests lie in the field of cross-cultural philosophy, particularly in the role played by emotions in the development of worldviews, ontologies, and aesthetics.
